Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
